Traditional Cephalonian hard cheese from 70% sheep’s milk the lower and 30% goat milk upper, which has piquant and salty taste.Kefalotiri has named like that probably from ‘Kefallinia’ and ‘tiri’(=cheese in Greek). Besides kefalotiri and feta cheese are the two kind of cheese that were produced in Cephalonia since ancient times.


Head of 12-16kgr, cut head of 6-8kgr, quarter cut head of 3-4kgr and pieces packed in vacuum on variable weight. Also grated in vacuum packages of 250gr. and 350gr.
