Traditional, cephalonian cheese deep. Cream cheese made of feta cheese mixed with anthotyro (soft white cheese) , milk, vinegar, thyme and olive oil. This kind of cheese used to mature in big sacks while today it matures in barrels. You can find it in earthenware bowls airtight packed.
